Bay Hyperbaric Group's fully equipped and ADA accessible 2,400 square foot facility is devoted to hyperbaric oxygen treatments only. Our staff is medically licensed, insured and hold all current training certifications available, and our Director of Medicine is a full time medical doctor.
All of our patient information and files are kept completely confidential.
We are conveniently located to all international airports (BWI, Washington National, Dulles), railways, and private airports and helipads serving the Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington, DC areas.
For your payment convenience, we accept your cash, check and credit card.

Directions to the facility

From BWI, Baltimore & points North:
Connect with I-97 South.
Exit I-97 at #12 (Rt 3 Business, Glen Burnie). At traffic light turn left and make immediate right on Veterans Highway for .5 miles.
Turn left on Four Leaf Clover Drive immediately before KFC. If you pass Taco Bell, McDonalds, or Wendys on the left – you have traveled too far.
Immediately after turning off Veterans Highway above, turn right into Cloverleaf Business Park (you should now be passing behind KFC) & follow signs to 8227. Turn at first left, proceed over the only speed bump and immediately turn right. The number 8227 is now hidden by a tree. You will pass a karate suite on your left and Suite 303 is toward the far end of the complex, just before Woods Day Care.

From Rt 100 & points West:
Exit Rt 100 @ I-97 South towards Annapolis.

I-97 North to exit 10 (Benfield Road, Severna Park). At traffic light turn left onto Veterans Highway for ~ 1.5 miles.
You will pass through a traffic light at Old Mill Road and several fast food establishments on you right. Immediate after KFC, turn right on Four Leaf Clover Drive.

8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Monday thru Friday)
Treatments are scheduled from
7 Am to 8 PM Everyday

Emergencies

If you have a true medical emergency when the phones are not answered live, we recommend you call 911.

Cancellations

There will be a full charge for non-cancelled (24 hours or less) appointments that are missed. We are unable to use this time effectively if we do not know in advance that you do not plan to keep your appointment.Please understand that any appointment you make is your responsibility to keep.

Payment and Insurance Practices

1. We will file for all insurance submissions. We will complete all forms needed for you to collect reimbursement from your insurance company, if your ailment is covered. Not all treatments are covered by all insurance companies. The Doctor will have to review your full medical history and your initial exam to determine if you have a qualifying disease or ailment.

2. Payments for the Doctor visits are usually covered by insurance, at the time you schedule your appointment you must give the receptionists all accurate information. You are responsible for full payment of all HBOT Dives at the time of scheduling. We cannot schedule time without payment if you do not have insurance coverage.

3. WE DO NOT TAKE PIP - You need to make arrangements before you are seen in our office to be self pay - CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal). You will need to submit your bills to PIP directly.

4.WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT UPON SETTLEMENT FROM AN ATTORNEY FOR EITHER WORKER'S COMPENSATION OR A MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT. If your attorney is responsible for payment, he or she will need to complete the responsibility part of the forms and contact us prior to HBOT Dives being scheduled otherwise, You are expected to be self pay CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal) at the time of services by our office and you submit the receipts to your attorney for reimbursement.

What to Bring to the Office on Your First Visit

1. Bring your new patient forms (click here)
Please be sure both pages are filled in with appropriate signatures on both pages. Also, bring any signatures that may be required for HIPAA Privacy forms, and/or waivers, etc. These would be in your new patient packet.

2. Bring your identification and all medical records if we have not already received them (We copy both sides of the ID card/cards in order to keep current addresses and phone information.) Bring a picture ID of the patient, i.e., driver's license, etc., for verification.We will complete the insurance forms for the patient to get reimbursed.

3. Bring your payment for all treatments that are scheduled CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal).

4. Bring your pre-Dive check sheet that verifies you are ready for HBOT Dives. (click here)
