Blue Cross/ Blue Shield / Carefirst and other BLUE Policies are not accepted.
We have experienced a history of these claims not being paid even though we were
given prior authorization and all referrals and other requirements are met for covered procedures.
WE DO ACCEPT ALL OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES BECAUSE WE HAVE FOUND THEM TO HONOR THEIR PRE-APPROVALS AND PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS.
